§1. General Provisions

§2. Registration and Customer Account

  1. To use certain features of the online store, the Customer may register and create a Customer Account.

  2. During registration, the Customer is obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

  3. The Customer Account is personal and may not be shared with others. The Customer is responsible for all actions taken within the Customer Account.

§3. Orders

  1. Orders in the online store can be placed by registered Customers through their Customer Account or as a guest.

  2. The online store makes every effort to ensure that the information on the website is up to date and accurate, but it does not guarantee that all information is free of errors.

  3. By placing an Order, the Customer commits to paying the price of the Product and any associated delivery costs, if applicable.

§4. Delivery

  1. The online store delivers Products within the territory of Poland.

§5. Payments

  1. The online store allows payments for Products through various payment methods available on the website.

  2. Prices of Products displayed on the website are gross prices and include VAT.

§6. Complaints and Returns

  1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint regarding Product defects in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

  2. The Customer also has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the Product, in accordance with consumer rights laws.

§7. Liability

  1. The online store is not liable for disruptions in access to the website caused by technical failures.

  2. The online store is not responsible for the content and security of websites linked on the store's website.

§8. Final Provisions

  1. The Terms and Conditions may be changed by the online store. Changes become effective from the date of their publication on the website.

  2. The sales contract is concluded in the Polish language.

  3. Any disputes arising from the sales contract or the use of the online store will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
